Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, company, email address, country or region, product interest, enquiry topic, message and consent status. Please provide only information relevant to your business enquiry. Do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive personal information in your message.
Where enquiries go and why
After you consent and select “Send Enquiry”, the form sends your information over HTTPS to dingpaws.com/api/enquiry.php, an endpoint hosted by Hostinger. It forwards the enquiry by email to Dingpaws_Biotech@163.com. Dingpaws uses it to reply, provide requested product documents and follow up on your distribution or private-label requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to an unrelated marketing list. Hostinger and the 163 email provider process relevant data to provide hosting, transmission and email storage. Their processing locations may differ from your country or region.
Browser preferences and security records
The website stores language and motion preferences locally in your browser. It does not save form entries in local storage. Copying or saving an enquiry takes place on your device; you review and send email drafts in your email application. To deter spam and repeated submissions, the endpoint processes an IP-derived rate-limit identifier and submission timestamps, without storing the full enquiry in those records. Hosting and email providers may also keep access and delivery logs needed to operate and secure their services. This website application does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts.
Access and retention
Enquiries are accessed by Dingpaws personnel handling the relevant business discussion. The endpoint does not keep a separate full copy of the enquiry; sent messages remain in the relevant email systems. Enquiries are retained as needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The period depends on the correspondence and business context. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy, backup or service-provider log.
Access, correction and deletion requests
To ask about, correct or delete personal information you submitted, or to stop further contact, email Dingpaws_Biotech@163.com with your request and the approximate enquiry date. We may need to verify your connection to the enquiry to prevent unauthorized requests. Where applicable law requires certain records to be retained, we will explain the scope and reason. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
